摘  要:目的目前,国内所有大鼠腹部异位心脏移植均沿袭了Corry的传统的移植心脏血流循环构建模式,但其操作难度限制了其广泛应用,尝试一种新型的、更简介高效的心脏移植循环重建新技术。方法本方法利用大鼠供体大鼠肝脏以上下腔静脉代替肺动脉与受体肾以下腔静脉吻合。结果新方法双血管缝合时间为(30.5±2.1)min,明显短于传统血管吻合方法(39.7±3.6)min,术后心脏复跳时间也由原来的(1.9±0.4)min缩短到(1.1±0.2)min。结论新循环重建技术降低了大鼠心脏移植难度,缩短了移植心脏缺血和复跳时间。Objective Up till now, all of the heterotopic abdominal hearttransplantation in rats were accord to Corry blood ciruit reconstruction style, which was very challenging restricting the widespread use of this model. To explore a novel technique for the blood circuit reconstruction in heterotopic abdominal heart transplantation. Methods The new method made use of suprahepatic inferior vena cava instead of pulmonary artery of the donor heart for the anastomosis to infrarenal vena cava of the recipient. Results The sutures for the double vessel anastomoses were completed within (23.5 ± 2.1 ) min, which were significantly shorter than (31.7 ± 3.6) min in the traditional method. Similarly, the heart re-beat time after operation ( 1 . 1 ± 0.2) min was significantly shorter as compared to that using the traditional method ( 1.9 ± 0.4 min). Conclusion The novel technique facilitates abdominal heart transplantation in rat with reduced ischemia and grafted heart re-beat time.
