摘　　要：以几丁聚糖为主要原料,采用理化、正交等试验,研制了几丁聚糖生物敷料配方和生产工艺,并通过体外抗菌、皮肤刺激、皮肤致敏试验,对其细胞毒性及动物药效学等进行药理检验和安全性评价。研究结果表明,使用几丁聚糖生物敷料安全有效,几丁聚糖生物敷料具有良好的生物相容性和天然、广谱抗菌活性,同时还具有明显保护创面、预防感染、促进愈合等生物学功效。The chitosan biological dressing was prepared with orthogonal test, antibiotic tests in vitro, skin stimulation tests, skin sensitization tests, cellular toxicity tests and animal effect of medicine. It is proved that chitosan biological dressing is safe and biocompatible. It has natural broad spectrum antibiotic activity, prominent anti-infective effect on skin wound and is able to accelerate the healing process.
