摘  要:采用化学钢化处理工艺对玻璃进行化学钢化处理,化学钢化过程在430~500℃的熔融KNO,中于2~8h下经离子交换处理完成,采用JM-I型漆膜磨耗仪评价化学钢化玻璃的磨损性能,采用光学显微镜对化学钢化玻璃的磨痕表面形貌进行观察,采用CMT5204型电子多功能试验机测定化学钢化玻璃在化学钢化及磨损前后的弯曲强度变化,并结合其磨损量分析其耐磨性.结果表明,在相同摩擦条件(2.5N,80s)下,原片玻璃的磨痕数量较多、深度较大,而经化学钢化处理后玻璃表面的磨痕较浅;化学钢化玻璃摩擦后的残余弯曲强度比未摩擦时下降11%左右,而原片玻璃下降约50%,说明化学钢化可以明显改善玻璃的耐磨性.Effect of chemically strengthening on ning process was carried out in molten KNO3 at type abrasion tester at different loads. The wear glass wear resistance was investigated. The chemically strengthe- 430 - 500℃ for 2 - 8 h. The glass samples were tested by JM-I mass loss was weighed by electronic balance, by which the wear properties of glass surface were estimated. The grinding crack morphologies of glass samples were observed by optical microscope, and the flexural strength of glass samples before and after wear process were measured by CMT5204 type electronic multi-function testing machine. With the same wear process (2.5 N, 80 s), the number of grinding cracks on the surface of as-received glass was more and deeper than that of chemically strengthened glass. The wear mass loss of chemically strengthened glass (450℃ ,8 h) was only 1/10 than that of as-received one. The flexural strength of as-received glass decreased about 50% after wear process, whereas the flexural strength of chemically strengthened glass decreased only about 11% than that of unworn samples. It indicates that chemically strengthening can improve wear resistance of glass sample.
