摘  要:中国钛产业近几年来得到了快速发展,钛材产量已经位居世界第4位,但航空结构用钛合金产品(锻件和大棒材等半成品)只占10%左右,距离世界水平的50%差距甚远。所以,加强航空结构用新型钛合金材料技术及其应用研究,提高航空结构用钛合金的加工技术和应用水平,建立具有中国特色的航空结构用钛合金材料体系,是提高钛合金在航空工业用量的重要推动力和保障。本文从分析国内外钛合金产业结构特点出发,重点阐述航空结构用新型钛合金材料和新型热工艺技术的最新研究进展。In the recent years, the titanium industry in China has been developed rapidly and the output of titanium products has been always located at the fourth place of the world. Yet, however, the amount of titanium alloys applied in aeronautical structures has just been 10 percent of the total titanium amount, which is far behind the international level. To strengthen the studies of technologies and applications of new-type titanium alloys in aeronautical structures, to lift their manufacture techniques and application levels and to establish the titanium alloys system in applications of aeronautical structures, is an impetus and important guarantee to increase the amount of titanium alloys in aviation industry application. This paper begins with analysis of the industrial features of titanium alloys at home and abroad and focuses on the recent developments of new-type titanium alloy materials and new manufacture techniques of titanium alloys.
