摘　　要：海峡西岸新农村现代产业体系是生产、生活、生态"三位一体"的产业体系,必须坚持资源配置优化、特色产业发达、科技支撑有力、城乡良性互动、可持续发展的基本要求。根据这一基本要求,结合福建省的实际状况,提出建设海峡西岸新农村现代产业体系的三大目标和五个重点。Modem industry system in the new countryside on the west side of the Straits is an integrated system consisting of production, life, and ecology. It must adhere to the basic requirements of optimized resources deployment, developed specialty industries, strengthened scientific and technological support, favourable interaction between urban and rural areas, and sustainable development. Accordingly, in view of the local conditions in Fujian Province, three major goals and five important points in building a modern industry system in the new countryside on the west side of the Straits are put forward.
