摘 要:采用中频感应热压烧结法制备2种Fe3Si基合金,采用18-8不锈钢作为对比材料,对3种材料在800℃下的高温抗氧化性能进行评价.结果表明,Fe-15Si-5Cr和Fe-18Si-2.5Cr较之不锈钢具有更好的抗氧化性,且Fe-18Si-2.5Cr的抗氧化性最强.3种材料的氧化产物主要为Cr2O3,Cr2O3和SiO2的复合氧化膜,有序Fe3Si金属间化合物的生成对材料的抗氧化性起到关键作用.Two kinds of Fe3Si-based intermetallics were prepared with the method of hot-pressing sintering. The nominal compositions of the two Fe3Si-based intermetallics were Fe-15Si-5Cr and Fe-18Si-2. 5Cr, respectively. The 18-8 stainless steel was used for comparison with the intermetallies, and their hightemperature oxidation resistances were evaluated at temperature 800 ℃. The results showed that three kinds of intermetallics had good oxidation resistance at temperature 800 ℃, and the Fe-18Si-2.5Cr ternary alloy exhibited especially maximum oxidation resistance. Though the main oxidation resultant was Crz 03, the composite oxidation film of Crz2O3, SiO2 and the generation of the ordered intermetallics Fe3Si played a key role in their oxidation resistance.
