摘 要:为了解决大型车辆刹车盘的散热问题,对刹车盘的S型长短叶片、S型叶片、直长短叶片、直叶片进行实体建模,运用CFD计算得到各种叶型的通风量,对其中的S型长短叶片和直长短叶片的流道内速度矢量和压力分布进行分析.结果表明,在有正反转要求且工作时间相同的条件下,直长短叶片的总通风量最大,流场中回流较小,压力分布较均匀,最有利于刹车盘的散热.In order to solve the problem of heat dissipation from disk brake of large-sized vehieles, physi- cal modeling of to S-type splitter blades, S-type blades, straight splitter blades, and straight blades was conducted. The ventilation through all types of blades was computed. At the same time, the analysis of velocity vectors and contour of pressure of the S-type splitter blades and the straight splitter blades were analyzed with CFD. It was showed that, under the necessary condition of both positive and reverse rota- tion and identical operation time, the straight splitter blades had the largest ventilation, less reversed flow, in the flow field, and uniform pressure distribution, benefiting most the heat dissipation of disk brake.
