文祥与近代中国的海防和塞防

摘　　要：一提到近代中国的海防和塞防,人们不禁会想到左宗棠和李鸿章。但是,对近代中国海防和塞防作出重大贡献的当属枢臣文祥。同治、光绪年间正值中国处于内忧外患之际,他既主张重视海防建设,同时又力挺左宗棠西征。建立了中国第一支近代意义上的海军,又顺利收复了新疆,维护了中国的主权和领土完整。Once we mentioned modem China the coast defense and fill-guard-against, which the people think of Zuo Zongtang and Li Hongzhang. But, and fills to the modem China coast defense guards against Wen-xiang makes the biggest contribution.During the Tongzhiand when China was in the internal disorder and foreign invasions, he both advocated the coast defense to construct, simultaneously to the west and strengthed Zuo Zongtang drafts. He established the Chinese first modem times significance navy, smoothly regained Xinjiang and defended China＇s sovereignty and the territorial integritv.
