我国政府网站政务信息公开的现状及对策分析——基于55个省(市)级政府网站的调查

摘　　要：本文根据中国省(市)级政府网站绩效评估指标对31个省级地方政府网站和24个省会城市政府网站政务信息公开情况进行了调查,指出政府网站在政务信息公开方面存在的问题,并且提出政府网站信息公开建设的一些建议:(1)建立完备、系统的政府信息公开法律制度;(2)政府网站要设立独立的信息公开栏目;(3)整合网站的政府信息资源,为用户提供一站式信息服务;(4)确保政府信息公开的时效性和信息质量;(5)建立政务信息公开的监督机制。This paper investigates government information publicity of 31 provincial and 24 capital city government websites according to Chinese Government Websites Achievements Index. It points out the problems existed in government websites information publicity and makes some suggestions on government information publicity of websites： （1） Establish a complete and systematic law on government information publicity; （2） Set up an independent column for public information; （3） Conform government information resources to provide onestation information service; （4） Ensure efficiency and information quality of government public information; （5） Establish the surpervision mechanism of government information publicity.
