摘　　要：科研项目完成后的档案不对外开放,其可用价值就难以发挥。科研资料实际上保留了专家们在学科前沿进行创造性研究时的许多信息,有重要的参考价值。将科研资料收集、分类、管理起来,有条件的建设成科研资料数据库,并逐渐形成网络文献资源得到应用,作为科技文献的原始类型有其实用价值和现实意义。Archives of scientific research don＇t keep open after its accomplishment, so it＇s difficult to exploit its value. Scientific research materrial retains valuable information of creative explorations in the front line of specific subjects, and has important reference value. Gathering, classifying and managing these materials, constructing a scientific research material database if possible, and gradually making it become interact literature resource is of great use value and practical significance as original tvoe of scientific literature.
