摘　　要：本文从高校教学水平评估出发,阐述了北华大学图书馆以教学水平评估为契机,加快图书馆建设和提升图书馆管理与服务水平。This paper starts from the appraisal of university teaching ability, and takes Beihua University as an example which takes advantages of teaching ability appraisal so as to fasten the library＇s construction as well as its service.
