摘　　要：本文提出了高校图书馆数字资源采购中必须遵循的原则:教学科研保障原则、以人为本原则、经济性原则和灵活机动原则。并讨论了高校数字资源采购实践过程中需要解决和重视的问题。This paper proposes several principles of the acquisition of digital resources for digital library： the principles of guarantee of of teaching and research, human - oriented concept, economy and flexibility. Besides the paper makes a discussion on the main problems that acdemic library will confront in the acquisition practice of digital resources.
