中美高校图书馆学科馆员制度研究

摘　　要：本文通过对中美高校图书馆学科馆员制度实施情况的比较研究,具体从人数、对口服务的院系学科、相关网页设计几方面展开,得出了我国学科馆员制度现状起步晚、起点较高、人才缺乏、总体建设落后的结论。从而指出我国学科馆员制度的建立不仅要结合我国高校图书馆目前的人力、物力等实质条件,还要考虑当前信息时代的环境因素和要求,借鉴西方国家经验,在具体工作的实践探索中,走出一条适合我国学科馆员发展的道路。Through the investigation on the system of subject librarians in university libraries between America and China, elaborating on some aspects such as the number of university libraries, college and department subjects which fit in with the needs of the service and website design, this paper points out the conclusion that the system of university libraries in our country develop more slowly than other country＇s but also start much later, we are deficient in talents and the overall construction is backward as well. The construction of system of subject librarians should be not only with the combination of human/material resources and other essential requirements, but also circumstances and needs of the information society should be taken into account of, drawing on the experience of western countries so as to find out the way that suits our subject librarians by practice and exploration.
