高效液相色谱法测定调经活血片中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定调经活血片中木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的含量方法。方法Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(65∶35);检测波长:225 nm。结果木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯的平均回收率分别为101.6%和98.4%,RSD(n=6)分别为2.34%和2.27%。结论方法简便、准确,可作为调经活血片的定量控制方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone in Tiaojinghuoxue tablets. Methods The HPLC system consisted of Diamonsil C18 （250 mm×4. 6mm, 5μm） and methanol-0. 2% H3PO4 （65 ： 35） as the mobile phase and the detective wavelength at 225 nm. Results The average recovery of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone was 101.6% and 98.4%, respectively, and RSD （n=6） was 2.34% and 2.27%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and can be used for quality control of the Tiaojinghuoxue tablets.
