摘  要:以松香、丙烯酸为原料,通过D-A加成反应,合成了以丙烯海松酸为主要成分的二元酸。重点讨论了真空度、反应温度、原料配比和反应时间等因素对反应的影响。实验表明,反应初、后期抽真空可以提高产物品质;合成最佳工艺条件为:反应温度控制在225 ̄230℃,n(丙烯酸)∶(松香)=2.25∶1,反应时间为2.5h。在上述条件下合成了改性二元醇,并对产物进行了红外光谱表征及解析。This paper has introduced a method that dibasic acid for acrylpimaric acid as main component,was - synthesized with rosin and acrylic acid through Diels-Alder reaction,focused on the discussion of influence of vacuum,reaction temperature,materials ration,reaction time. The results showed that the quality of dibasic acid was improved when vacuum supplied in the earlier phase and last phase of reaction process. The fitting synthesis process were :the reaction temperature between 225 ℃ and 230 ℃ ,the molar ration of crylic acid to rosin 2.25 and the reaction time 2.5 h. The dibasic acid was synthesized at above conditions,and it was characterized and analysed by IR spectroscopy.
