摘  要:在微机电系统中,为了兼顾作用力强和形变量大两者的统一,采用以石蜡作为热膨胀材料的热驱动方式。介绍了水浴加热石蜡热膨胀性能试验装置,试验结果表明:石蜡在其熔点温度附近,试验中所用石蜡当温度从37℃升高到51℃时,其体膨胀系数可以达到甚至超过10%,而且,作用力大;不同成分(C原子)比例的石蜡,其熔点温度变化范围为30-70℃,这使驱动器在不允许有较大温度变化的环境中(如人体内)使用成为可能。In order to satisfy big output force and large stroke, paraffin is used as the material for the thermalexpansion-type microactuator in micro electro mechanical systems. An experimental apparatus for the measurement of thermal expansion characteristics of paraffin is designed and developed. The experimental results indicate that paraffin has a large coefficient of expansion in the temperature range of 37-51℃ ,the ratio of the volume increase is or over 10 % and the output force is high. By mixing of several types of paraffin whose melting points (C atom) differ from each other, its melting point can be controlled in the temperature range of 30 ~ 70 ~C. This makes it possible develop a microactuator for use in endoscopic-surgery ( as in human body).
