铁皮石斛原球茎增殖条件的研究

摘　　要：研究了不同基本培养基、不同浓度的脱落酸和培养方式对铁皮石斛原球茎增殖的影响。结果表明在改良MS中加入0.5 mg.L-1脱落酸,进行固体培养或液体振荡培养,原球茎增殖的效果都比较好。In this paper the impact of different basic media, ABA concentrations and culture ways on protocorm multiplication of Dendrobium candidum was studied, the result showed that modified MS supplied with sucrose 30 mg· L^- 1 and ABA 0.5 mg·L^- 1 using liquid or solid culture was better for protocorm multiplication.
