摘　　要：提出积极推行高校干部公开招聘、竞争上岗是构建和谐干部队伍行之有效的重要形式,指出在公开招聘、竞争上岗干部任选工作中要把握各个重要环节和正确处理各种关系。This article intends to study the methods of open selection and competition so as to form a cadre team which can be adaptable to harmony construction needed by the newly-built universities. R also points out how to keep the key links and cope with various relations in a right way.
