摘　　要：篮球后卫队员是整个球队场内战术的组织者,是全队的核心,文章较详细地阐述后卫队员在比赛中的作用以及应具备的能力、并提出要坚持训练原则,对运动员的意志品质、综合素质、基本技术、基础战术、智力和心理等进行培养,为我国培养优秀篮球后卫提供参考。Basketball guard is the organizer of strategy and the core of a team. This article expounds the role of the guard in the match and the qualification and puts forward the training principle and the nurturing of their will, comprehensive qualification, basic skill, basic tactics, intelligence and psychology.
