摘　　要：阐述现阶段党政人才队伍现状和培养作法,分析在结构、交流、考核、评价、激励等方面存在的问题,并分析相关原因,有针对性提出工作建议。This essay discusses the present condition and way of cultivating Party and government functionaries at present stage and analyzes the problems and reasons in terms of structure, exchange, check and assessment of work performance, incentive system ete, and puts forward suggestions on improvement of work.
