摘　　要：中医医院要想尽快提升管理水平,在竞争中求生存,引入ISO9001标准,借鉴成功企业的管理模式和经验是一条捷径。文章结合中医医院特点,阐述了医院引进ISO9001标准的必要性、具体步骤及实施过程中的关键点与难点。In order to increase management level rapidly and survive in competition, introducing ISO9001 standards and referencing management model and experience of successful enterprises is a short cut for Chinese traditional medicine hospitals. Combined with the management characters of Chinese traditional medicine hospitals, this paper expatiate the necessity, approach, and key point and difficulty in introducing ISO9001 standards.
