摘　　要：质量体系的运行离不开经常性的质量监督。本文结合管理实践,简要分析了在检测过程中,监督员如何从监督对象、监督要求、监督结果处理等方面实施有效的监督,以保持质量体系持续有效运行。The operation of quality system can not work without regular quality supervision. Based on the management practice, this paper is to analyze how an supervisor implements effective supervision in the examination process to keep the quality system running continuously and efficiently from the perspectives of the supervised body, the supervisony requirements, and the handling of the supervisoruy result.
