Intervening Effects of Kidney-Nourishing and Blood-Activating Therapy on Tubal Infertility with Genital Tract Infection and Immune Disturbance

摘  要:目的比较输卵管介入术配合补肾活血法与单纯输卵管介入术对管性不孕生殖道感染衣原体(UU)、支原体﹙CT﹚并免疫紊乱的干预作用。方法两组均根据药敏规范给予抗生素治疗,复查转阴后行输卵管介入术。治疗组于月经第5天开始加服补肾活血剂,每日1剂,每月连服14剂。3个月为1个疗程,共观察2个疗程。结果治疗后抗精子抗体、抗卵巢抗体、抗子宫内膜抗体转阴率、中医证候改善情况及妊娠率,两组比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.005;P<0.005;P<0.005;P<0.01;P<0.01)。结论在不孕症中特别是管性不孕中应重视衣原体、支原体的感染,并同时注意是否存在生殖免疫异常;补肾活血法有助于干预管性不孕生殖道感染的免疫失衡,综合治疗才能进一步提高妊娠率。Objective To observe the intervening effects of the fallopian tube catheterization alone or in combination with TCM drugs to nourish kidneys and activate blood in the treatment of tubal infertility with infections of Chlamydia (UU), mycoplasma (CT), and immune disturbance. Methods To all the patients, fallopian tube catheterization was performed after the reexamination result become negative. "Kidney-Nourishing and Blood-Activating Decoction" was administered additionally to patients in the treatment group, for a total of two courses with three months in a course. Results The negative rate of the antisperm antbody (AsAb), antiovarian antibodies (AoAb), antiendometrium antibody (EmAb), pregnancy rate and the situation of TCM symptom-sign after treatment were all obviously improved in the two groups (P〈0.005; P〈0.005; P〈0.005; P〈0.01; P〈0.01). Conclusion In infertility especially in tubal infertility, we should stress infections of UU and CT. Meanwhile, we must pay attention to the dysfunction of reproductive immunity. Kidney-nourishing and bloodactivating therapy is helpful to improve the immune imbalance in genital tract infection.
