摘　　要：金融业的混业经营趋势、利率和汇率改革、金融机构的多样化和差异化、金融市场的建设和完善,以及信息网络技术的发展为我国商业银行同业合作带来了广阔的创新空间,商业银行应采取正确的发展策略迎接和分享这一机遇。The trend of mixed operation in financial industry,the innovation of interest and exchange rate,the construction and consummating of the financial market ,and so on bring a wider innovative space for inter-bank's cooperation,and commercial banks shoukd adopt the correct development stragegies to seixe the opportunity.
