摘 要:为提高柴油机的功率和经济性,柴油机的平均有效压力和增压比日益提高,对缸盖密封性的要求也越来越高。柴油机缸盖的漏气问题一直是困扰柴油机正常工作的一个重要问题,按照密封的规律,最好在缸盖设计中使密封圈的承压均匀,但由于缸盖结构复杂,很难做到使其刚度均布,在缸盖螺栓均匀预紧的情况下,密封圈的承压是不均的,这样在最高燃烧压力作用下就有可能在初始压紧较小的部位产生漏泄。文中对此进行了理论分析计算和试验测试,提出了新的缸盖装配工艺,使缸盖的密封状态明显改进,柴油机工作能力得到了明显提高。To improve the capacity & efficiency of engine, there must be stricter and greater demandfor the airtight packing of cylinder head, when the virtual compressive stress & pressure ratio indiesel engine is on the increase. The normal operation of diesel engine has been affected by air leakage of cylinder head. According to the regulation of seal, it should make pressure on seal ring equal, but it is difficult to make its stiffness symmetrical because of the complicated structure of cylinder head. The pressure on seal ring is not equal in the case of cylinder head bolt even pre-tightened. Therefore, it will cause leakiness under the highest in-cylinder pressure. This paper presents the theoretical ana- lysis calculation and experimental test, and offers a new technology of assembly cylinder head in order to greatly improve the airtight packing of cylinder head. The capacity of the engine has improved obviously.
