摘　　要：该文以江西宜春地区高安市灰埠镇集镇片区建设规划设计为例,深入分析新时期集镇建设所面临的问题,力图探求一种符合中部地区现实发展需求、富有特色的新农村城镇建设规划模式。在尊重城镇建设客观规律的同时,着重突出市场运作的作用,因地制宜、稳健有序地推进社会主义新农村建设。Taking the planning design of construction in Huibu Town （Gao＇an City, Yichu District, Jiangxi Province） as an example, this paper deeply analyzes the problems in town construction during the new period, so as to explore a distinctive planning pattern to meet with the requirement of middle areas development. Regarding the objective rules of town construction, this pattern lays stress on playing the function of market, for the purpose to steadily and orderly promote the socialist new rural construction according to local conditions.
