摘 要:介绍了一种可灵活配置不同分析方法、操作便利、评价结果重复性好的组合式脉冲微反色谱评价系统。该装置由微型反应系统、独立控温的连接管线和色谱分析系统三部分组成。微型反应系统采用两段式加热炉和石英玻璃管反应器,有效恒温区间为25~30mm,催化剂装量为5~300mg;能够独立控温的连接管线,最高使用温度可达480℃;微型反应系统的载气借用了分析系统进样口的载气系统,可方便地进行载气流量、流速的精确控制以及不同控制模式间的转换。配套开发的微反产物汽油馏分单体烃详细组成和快速模拟蒸馏在线分析方法,前者可以提供微反产物汽油馏分的单体烃数据和相应的物性数据,而后者可同时评价分子筛/催化剂的初活性及活性随累积进样量增加而变化的趋势。A new type of combined pulse micro-chromatographic system was introduced, which could be configured with different analytical methods, operated conveniently and produce repeatable evaluation results. The system was composed of microreactor, connecting-pipe with independent temperature controller and chromatographic analytical system. The microreactor system was combined with the oven with two heating block and a quartz glass reactor tube. The available constant temperature section is about 25 -30 mm long, which could pack 5 -300 mg catalyst. The maximum temperature of the connecting-pipe is 480℃, which controlled by independent temperature controller. The carrier gas of the microreactor system was transferred from the inlet of the analytical system, which made the precise controller of the flow and velocity of carrier gas with diverse control mode be possible. The two configured analytic methods-pulse micro product gasoline detailed hydrocarbon online analysis and pulse micro product fast chromatographic simulated distillation online analysis, were developed. The former could provide data of the detailed hydrocarbon and physical properties of the gasoline fraction in micro product, and the later could simultaneously evaluate the activity of molecular sieve/catalyst and the variety of the molecular sieve/catalyst activity by continuous pulse injection. The applied results show that the system introduced here integrated the latest GC technology achievements, possessed a wider selectable operating parameter range, and could be applied to evaluate different catalytic materials with the repeatable evaluating results and abundant assessing information. The works provide a good technique base for the application and popularization of pulse micro-chromatography technology.
