摘  要:高真空压铸的特点在于模具型腔中的真空度达到91~96kPa,铸件中每100g的含气量低至1~3mL,可通过热处理提高其强度和韧度。而高强韧压铸铝合金多为Al-Si-Mg系合金,其原因在于Mg的固溶强化作用可提高合金的力学性能。近几年来国外特别是日本在开发高真空压铸技术和压铸铝合金方面取得了成果并在轿车上获得应用。目前开发的高真空压铸方法主要有Vacural法和MFT法,其中MFT法是一种适合于压铸企业开发并具有良好应用前景的高真空压铸技术。High vacuum die casting process as a new techniques and die casting aluminum alloy with high strength and ductility as a new materials are increasingly used to manufacture automobile parts due to tightly lightweight required in developed countries.The hydrogen content in parts can be decreased to 1~3 mL/100 g due to the vacuum degree up to 91~96 kPa in mould cavity in high vacuum die casting process,so the strength and ductility of parts can be improved by heat treatment.Aluminum alloy with high strength and ductility is mainly Al-Si-Mg series alloy,whose mechanical properties is improved by solid solution strengthening of Mg in alloy.The present developing methods to high vacuum die casting process are mainly Vacural method and MFT method,in which MFT method is more suitable for small-scale die casting plants.
