摘  要:通过在Na2SiO3电解液体系中同时添加0.2g/L的Ce3+和不同含量的La3+以调整电解液组成,研究了Na2SiO3电解液中添加稀土离子对ZAlSi12Cu2Mg1合金微弧氧化陶瓷层相结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,电解液中添加Ce3+和La3+,可以显著提高陶瓷层质量,其中添加0.2g/L的Ce3+和0.3g/L的La3+,所得陶瓷层主要由α-Al2O3、γ-Al2O3、Al2SiO5和非晶相组成,陶瓷层厚为157μm,硬度(HV)为947,经6000r磨损后,ZAlSi12Cu2Mg1合金基体的磨损量为102.2mg,而陶瓷层S1磨损量为19.7mg,仅为铝合金基体的19%。The properties of ceramic coating could be improved by adjusting the compositions in electrolyte during microarc oxidation.The effects of RE ion Ce3+ and La3+ addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of ceramic coating on ZAlSi12Cu2Mg1 prepared by micro-arc oxidation were investigated through adding 0.2 g/L Ce3+ and varied La3+ in electrolyte.The results show that the Ce3+ and La3+ addition can greatly improve the quality of the coating.The ceramic coating prepared by micro-arc oxidation in electrolyte with 0.2 g/L Ce3+ and 0.3 g/L La3+ addition is composed of α-Al2O3,γ-Al2O3,Al2SiO5 and amorphous phase,whose thickness and hardness are 157μm,HV 947,respectively.The weight loss of ZAlSi12Cu2Mg1 matrix alloy is 102.2 mg while the weight loss of ceramic coating is 19.7 mg,19% of that of matrix alloy,after 6 000 rads abrasion.
