摘  要:对催化裂解制取烯烃的催化剂发展概况进行了综合论述,分析了催化裂解反应的影响因素以及有关催化剂的研制情况.尽管催化裂解制取烯烃存在许多影响因素和难点,但与蒸汽热裂解相比较有三大优点:一是节能;二是降低油耗和提高烯烃产率;The development and present status of catalytic pyrolysis for the production of light olefins from petroleum fractions are reviewed on the basis of a literature survey covering past twenty years. The factors affecting the catalytic pyrolysis process and the catalyst preparation methods are the two main points stressed. Although the production of olefins from the method of catalytic pyrolysis is effected by man factors and problems, it ownes three merits in contrast to steam pyrolysis, which are to save energy, decrease the petroleum fraction wastage and increase the production of olefins, as well as to decrease the insturment payment.
