摘　　要：本文用大量丰富的数据和研究报告阐述了RFID在全球零售供应链中的应用现状,根据已有案例的成本数据分析了在零售企业中应用RFID技术的软、硬件和系统实施成本,再从零售供应链和实际应用沃尔玛和麦德龙的案例中确定RFID技术给零售业带来的收益。为建立RFID在零售供应链中的ROI模型做基础,为国内在徘徊观望中的零售业者应用RFID提供参考。This article uses a great number of statistics and research reports to explain the status quo of application of RFID in the global retailing supply chain, this article analyzes the relevant costs of application RFID's hardware and software systems in the retailing supply chain on the basis of these cost statistics of cases. Furthermore, this article eventually makes such a conclusion—benefits brought for the retailing industry by RFID through the following cases: Walmart and Metro in the utilization of the retailing chain. This conclusion lays a stronger foundation for ROI model for establishment of RFID in the retailing supply chain, and provides domestic retailing enterprises who are sitting on the fence with references of the utilization of RFID.
