脱细胞真皮基质补片在腹部疝修补术中的应用(附8例报告)

摘　　要：目的 探讨脱细胞真皮基质补片在腹部疝修补术中的临床应用效果。方法 2007年1月-2007年7月应用脱细胞真皮基质补片对8例不同类型腹部疝进行无张力疝修补术，术后3天常规查彩超，观察其愈合及修补效果。随访3～6个月。结果 8例均获得满意疗效，无坏死、感染、皮下积液等并发症。结论 脱细胞真皮基质补片可作为一种理想的疝修补材料在无张力疝修补术中广泛应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the application of acellular dermal matrix patch in herniorrhaphy. Methods From January 2007 to July 2007, Eight cases of different types of hernia were applied with the tension-free hemiorrhaphy with acellular dermal matrix patch. The patients were checked with color Doppler in past-operation＇ s three days. then observe the healing and repair efficiency. Follow-up is 3 - 6 months. Results The prognosis of 8 cases is good. Complications such as necrosis, infection and subcutaneous fluid were not found. Conclusion Acellular dermal matrix patch can be widely used in tension-free hemiorrhaohy as an ideal hernia repair material.
