摘　　要：探讨了孔子"和"、"仁"的思想对现代图书馆人性化服务的影响,主张人与人之间要互相尊重,建立友爱和信任,达到和谐。In this paper, the author probes into the effect of Confucian＂ gentle＂ ,＂humanity＂to humanity service in the modernized library. It means human being must respect each other, establish friendly affection and trust.
