摘　　要：随着国内外形势和当前我国高校改革发展的形势,新时期高校共青团工作在深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育中具有重要作用,共青团干部要明确今后的工作思路,要具有高度的责任感和使命感,充分发挥共青团的独特优势和作用,深入做好大学生思想政治教育工作。With the situation in and out China and current situation in China colleges＇ reforming and developing develops, the work of CYL in high school plays an important role in deepening education reform and promoting quality education overall. Cadre of CYL shall confim the thinking of future work, and shall have a strong sense of responsibility and mission. They shall also fully exert the unique advantage and role of CYL, and deeply do college students＇ ideological and political education well.
