摘  要:介绍了压力容器用埋弧焊烧结焊剂的设计,并配合2种中科院金属所专用焊丝,从力学性能、抗腐蚀性及金相组织等方面进行了对比试验,用扫描电镜分析了断口形貌。结果表明:所研制烧结焊剂配合2种专用焊丝均得到较高的强度和冲击韧性,尤其是与专用焊丝1#相配合其冲击韧性达到了182.5J。2者的洛氏硬度值相当,均能满足抗H2S腐蚀性能的要求。分析了焊缝金属的金相组织和焊缝化学成分对冲击韧性的影响。熔敷金属的组织主要是针状铁素体和少量的先共析铁素体。The designing of a submerged arc welding agglomerated flux for pressure vessel is introduced in this paper. The contrast experiments were practiced from the mechanical properties、the microscopic structure and corrosion resistant by the agglomerated flux made in ourselves matching two kinds of welding wire made in Institute Of Metal Research Chinese Academy Of Sciences and the morphology of fracture appearance were observed by SEM. The results indicate that, agglomerated flux matched two kinds of flux can produce deposited metals of good tensile strength and low temperature flexibility. Especially matched the 1# wire, the low temperature impact toughness can reach to 182.5J. Two values of hardness are quite and can meet the need of corrosion resistant to H2S. Analysis is carried on about the influence of the microscopic structure and the chemical compositions of welding metal on the impact toughness in this paper. The microstructure is composed of acicular ferrite and a little proeutectoid ferrite.
