摘　　要：以NaCl或NaCl-三乙醇胺为模板剂，以无定形硅铝为原料水热合成MOR沸石、考察了硅－铝比、晶化时间、无机或有机模板剂对MOR沸石的物化性质的影响；将适宜硅－铝比的MOR佛石应用于二甲苯异构化反应，在高空速下有较好的反应活性和选择性。A new zeolite catalyst with MOR structure was prepared by hydrothermal synthesisusing sodium chloride or sodium chloride-triethanolamine as template. The effects of silica-alumina ratio,crystallization time and template type (organic or inorganic) on physicochemical properties of the MORstructured zeolite were studied. The higher activity and selectivity at high space velocity in xylene isomerization can be obtained by a zeolite catalyst thus made with proper silica-alumina ratio.
