摘　　要：油罐基础下沉造成了油罐底板焊缝断裂漏油,为解决此问题,从调查现场和地质资料入手,经分析、研究确定了处理方案,采用对油罐底板与地基之间的空隙充填浆料的方法进行处理,从而加固和改善了油罐底板的受力状况,且取得良好的效果。详细介绍了对这次基础下沉的处理过程,以及所用的浆料、注浆方法和施工中的监测,并列举了实测数据,对今后分析和处理此类问题具有一定的参考价值。The bottom plate of tank stored oil product fractured caused by non-uniform settlement. Based on the geologic survey,a method to treat the settlement is adopted in order to improve the loaded condition of bottom plate;that is,grouting the void between the bottom plate and tank foundation. The treating process including grout,grouting method and construction monitoring are introduced.
