水性环氧型光敏树脂的合成及在纸张中的应用

摘  要:以环氧树脂、丙烯酸、马来酸酐为原料合成水性光敏树脂。讨论了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对合成水性光敏树脂性能的影响。并初步研究了其在纸张湿部添加中的应用工艺,对其影响因素进行了讨论。结果显示:经过水性光敏树脂涂布后,纸张的物理性能得到了明显的改善。Effects of raw material ratio, reaction temperature and catalyzer kind on properties of water-based photosensitive resin which is synthesized with epoxy resin, acrylic acid, malei anhydride as raw materials were investigated. It was found that the pure water-based photosensitive resin could be used in coating. It could be used as a component of coating color. It was found that the physical properties of coating paper were enhanced significantly when photosensitive resin was used as a component of coating color. The results indicated that the coating process with photosensitive resin was rapid, effective and environment friendly.
