二安替比林间乙氧基苯基甲烷与钒(Ⅴ)的显色反应研究

摘　　要：合成了二安替比林间乙氧基苯基甲烷（DAmEM），研究了它和钒（V）的显色反应。在磷酸介质中，Mn（Ⅱ）和吐温-20的作用下，DAmEM和钒（V）反应生成橙红色产物，λmax=480nm,ε=1.10 ×106L·mol-1·cm－1，钒（V）含量在0·20—1.50μgs（25mL）-1内符合比耳定律，体系稳定性好。本法是一个测定微量钒的新方法。Diantipyryl-(-m-ethoxy-)-phenylmethe(DAmEM ) was synthesized. The colour reaction ofDAmEM with V (V ) was studied. In the presence of Mn (Ⅱ) and tween-20, DAmEM can reactswith V (V ) to form a orange red product in phosphoric acid medium. The maximum absorbance ofthe product is at 480nm with molar absorptivity of 1. 10×106 L. mol-1 ·cm-1·Beer's law is obeyedin the range of 0. 20- 1. 50μg/25mL,the stability is good. A new metheod was found on trace vana-dium.
