摘　　要：本文介绍看谱定量分析方法，采用视场光栅同步看谱分析图和细化定量分析标志表，对高碳铬轴承钢中Cr、Mn、Si元素进行了一系列定量分析试验，其定量结果符合国内化学标准GB222—84要求。具有操作简便灵活、成本低、不取样、损伤小、快速准确等特点。Instructing light spectrometer spectral quantitative analysis method in the paper, for Cr,Mn,Si element of hish carbon chromium bearing steel was studied a series of quantitative analysis testing in the field grating sychronistic hisht spectrometer spectral anaiysis graph and refined quantitative analy sis marking chart, with the result that is up to the chemhal standard GB222- 84 spectheation. It is easy & nexible to operate, low cost,without sampling,low damage, quick speed, accuracy, etc.
