摘　　要：在当前可行的计算机网络环境下,对医院信息管理系统的系统组成和软件架构进行分析和设计。基于微软COM组件技术的体系结构,采用了微软.NET框架下的C#语言进行开发。该系统基本实现了医院信息管理的要求,为医院的整体运行提供了全面、自动化的管理和服务。医院信息管理系统要能够收集并永久安全地存贮医院所需全部数据,为医院所属各部门提供病人诊疗信息、医院行政管理信息和领导辅助决策功能,支持医院运行中的各项基本活动。The authors aim to analyze and design architecture of software and system organization of Hospital Information Management System depended on currently viable network environment. On the basis of COM＋ technology, designed the architecture and the framework of the system, developed by C# on the . Net framework. The hospital information management was realized in this system which can provide all-around and roboticized management and service methods. The hospital information management system must can collect and store all data which needed in hospital permanently and safely, can provide diagnosis and treat information of patients, hospital administration management information and assistant decision-making for lead, can support every activities of hospital.
