摘　　要：重庆港是长江上游最大的全国水运主枢纽港口,具有加快发展的优势,在经济社会发展中具有重要的地位和作用。实施沿江开发战略,建设特色产业带;布局临港工业,发展港口经济;建设外贸口岸,发展物流产业;构建沿江城镇体系,发展旅游商贸产业,对建设重庆长江上游经济中心具有重要的战略意义。The Chongqing harbor is the biggest national water transportation main hub harbor along the upstream Yangtze River. It has the superiority of speeding up the development, the important status and the function to develop at the economic society, and the important strategic sense to construct Chongqing as the economic center of the upstream Yangtze River.
