摘 要:用粉末冶金反应烧结的方法制备碳化钒颗粒增强钢结硬质合金,并借助于SEM和XRD,研究了(V-Fe合金+石墨)反应体系在不同温度、相同C/V比条件下碳化反应的过程,发现由于碳与钒之间很强的亲和力,从而大大降低了σ-(FeV)相的稳定性,促使其在比Fe-V二元相图低得多的温度就开始转变为固溶了大量钒的α-Fe,同时生成V8C7颗粒。当温度由700℃升高到810℃时,石墨和σ相的数量急剧下降,而V8C7的数量急剧增加。到840℃,钒的碳化反应基本结束。反应生成了由马氏体钢基体和大量的V8C7球状颗粒组成的钢结硬质合金。在重载干滑动磨损条件下,该材料显示了很好的耐磨性能。VC particulates reinforced steel-bonded cemented carbide is produced with the powder metallurgical reaction sintering technology. The carbonized reaction process has been carried out in the condition of different temperature and the same ratio of C and V. Results indicate that the stability of σ-(FeV) has been cut down due to the strong afinity between V and C, which resuits in the transformation from σ-(FeV) to (α-Fe,V) and shaping of V8C7 particles in lower temperature than Fe-V phase diagram. The amount of σ- (FeV) phase and graphite decrease sharply when the temperature rises from 700℃ to 820℃ while the amount of V8C7 increase rapidly until the reaction ends up at 840℃. The steel- bonded cemented carbide, consisting of martensitic steel matrix and phase a large number of spherical V8C7 particulates, possesses great wear-resistance under the condition of dry sliding with a heavy load.
