摘  要:以粉煤灰、增钙剂、丙稀酸系乳胶粉、水泥、复合激发剂、纤维素醚、聚丙烯纤维为主原料,配以适量的粉状消泡剂、防霉剂,制得了一种大掺量粉煤灰干粉外墙腻子;探讨了粉煤灰、水泥、乳胶粉、纤维素醚、复合激发剂、聚丙烯纤维掺量对大掺量粉煤灰干粉外墙腻子性能的影响;确定了大掺量粉煤灰干粉外墙腻子的配方;测试了它的物理化学性能.研究结果表明,所配制的大掺量粉煤灰干粉外墙腻子中粉煤灰掺量可以大于70%(质量分数),其成本低廉,是一种具有优良理化性能和施工性能的环保型腻子;同时还为粉煤灰的综合利用开辟了一条新途径,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益.Using fly ash, calcium-adding agent, acrylic re-dispersible latex powder, cement, compound activator, cellulose ether and polypropylene fiber as main raw materials, a high-volume fly ash powder putty for exterior wall was compounded with appropriate powder antifoaming agent and anti-mildew agent. The performance effect of fly ash, acrylic re-dispersible latex powder, cement, compound activator, cellulose ether and polypropylene fiber on high-volume fly ash powder putty for exterior was discussed. The formulation of powder putty for exterior was confirmed. The physical and chemical properties of high-volume fly ash powder putty for exterior wall were tested. The results showed that, this high-volume fly ash powder putty for exterior wall containing 70% (by mass) fly ash, whose cost is much lower, is a high-physical and chemical properties and workability green putty. This research also develops a new way to utilize fly ash with good economy and society benefit.
