摘　　要：甘肃省地处西北,地域狭长,自然环境复杂多样,民族成分齐全,历史文化悠久,经济发展相对滞后,不同地方的人们因为历史、经济、文化、民族、风俗、环境等因素的不同,区域文化心理差异很大,这对我省的城乡和谐社会建设具有直接的影响。通过区域文化素质的提高,缩小城乡文化心理差异,促进和谐社会建设。Gansu Province, which is narrow in territory and has a complicated natural environment, has a long history and almost all nationalities, is situated in the Northwestern part of China. However, it is a pity that the economy is relatively backward. People in different regions have different regional cultural psychology because of different factors of history, economy, culture, nationality, custom and environment. Hence, this has exerted a direct impact on the construction of harmonious society. The authors think that only when the regional cultural quality is improved and the cultural psychological gap is shortened in both urban and rural regions, can we promote construction of harmonious society.
