摘　　要：目的:探讨DICOM打印服务器的临床应用价值。材料和方法:通过构建DICOM打印服务器,实现对整个胶片打印过程的监控、记录和管理,观察其经济社会效益。结果:与应用前相比,DICOM打印服务器应用后,胶片用量下降,报告发放加快、差错减少,医学影像信息的使用效率提高,推进了临床放射质控与管理工作。结论:DICOM打印服务器有助于优化工作流程,提高工作效率,减少环境污染和节约资源。Purpose： To discuss the clinical value of the DICOM printing server in a large hospital. Materials and Methods： A DICOM printing server is implemented to monitoring, record and manage the entire film - printing procedure. And the efficiency of the implementation is analyzed. Results： With the DICOM print server, the film consumption is reduced, the report distribution is accelerated and the distribution mistake is decreased. Furthermore, the utilization efficiency of the medical imaging information is enhanced; the quality control and the routine management are improved. Conclusion： The DICOM printing server can help optimize radiology workflow, improve healthcare environment and cut down the cost in films.
