摘　　要：从企业知识结构分析入手,以知识结构在知识场的作用下不断地演化、创造新知识,并通过知识应用最终实现知识创新的理论框架为基础,构建了企业知识结构与知识创新关系的概念模型与理论假设,提出从企业知识结构与知识创新关系的角度认识企业的知识创新实践,为进一步实证研究企业知识管理的具体方法和手段提供了理论基础。Based on the analysis of enterprise knowledge structure and the theoretical framework of unceasing evolution of knowledge structure with impact of knowledge field, knowledge creation and realization of knowledge innovation through knolwedge application, the author constructs the conceptual model of enterprise knowledge structure and the knowledge innovation relations, and proposes to understand enterprise＇s knowldge innovation practice from aspects of enterprise knowledge structure and the knowledge innovation relations, so as to provide reference for empirical research for enterprise knowledge management.
