摘　　要：目的探讨对恶性肿瘤病人实施必要的心理护理的方法和体会。方法通过对近两年在本科住院的各类恶性肿瘤病人中的132例进行心理观察、分析,实施有针对性的、个体化的心理护理。结果通过心理护理,使病人的不良心理很快消除,更多地了解了恶性肿瘤的知识,提高了主动配合治疗的意识。结论有效的心理护理可以帮助恶性肿瘤患者尽快克服不良心理状态,提高生存质量,达到最佳治疗效果。Objective To investigate the model of psychological care to the patients received chemotherapy. Methods The Psychological status of 132 patients with several malignant tumor were surveyed and analyzed,then administer special and individual psychological care. Results Psychological care was helpful to dismiss the negative emotion of patients rapidly, and improve their partner treatment by more knowledge of cancer. Conclusion Effective psychological care could help patients with malignant tumor to overcome harmful psychological condition, improve survival quality and obtain best treat response.
