摘　　要：渡河方法的选择是一个多层次多因素的决策问题，传统的选择方法还停留在凭经验判断的阶段，都是定性分析，决策缺乏科学性，运用模糊层次分析法解决了一般层次分析法判断矩阵一致性繁琐的困难，定性与定量相结合的方式做出合理的决策，通过实例说明该方法的适用性、合理性和科学性。The selection of river crossing ways is a decision-making problem with multi hierarchy and factors. The traditional ways were decided by experience, which were all qualitative analyses and lack of scientific bases. The application of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process can solve the problem in general analytic hierarchy process. The applicability, rationality and reliability of this way are proved by the real examples.
