摘 要:针对火箭布(扫)雷车的功能结构与故障成因具有层次性的特点。综合故障树分析法和专家系统的优点,设计并实现了一种火箭布(扫)雷车故障诊断专家系统。通过对装备的功能结构与故障特性进行层次分析,在较小的功能结构范围内建立了故障树层次诊断模型,然后以故障树表述专家知识,设计了知识库的结构和专家系统的总体结构,最后通过介绍系统的软件设计实现专家系统推理机。应用证明,该系统能够快速、准确地确定故障原因,较好地解决了专家系统知识获取难的问题,在确保诊断知识完整性的同时充分发挥了专家系统故障诊断快速高效的优点。According to the characteristics of the hierarchy in function and structure and the cause of fault of mine laying/clearing vehicle, combined with the advantages of fault tree analysis and expert system, a kind of expert system for fault diagnosis of mine laying/clearing vehicle is design and realized. Based on the hierarchy analysis on function and structure and fault characteristics of equipment, a fault tree hierarchy diagnosis model in relative small function range is established. Expert knowledge is expressed by fault tree, and the structure of knowledge base and expert system is designed. The inference machine of expert system is realized by software programming. Applications show that the system can find the cause of fault rapidly and exactly. It can solve the problem of knowledge acquisition well, and keep a high efficiency of the expert system with the integrity of diagnosis knowledge.
